ICYDK, while Glenn Taylor continues to try to collect his disability so he doesn’t have to work, both he and Dave Hall were fired from their leadership roles in the Boy Scout organization.

And who trusted these people for information during the #JodiArias case? After all, HLN loved ’em and had ’em on hourly every day.

JonBenet Ramsey grand jury documents UNS

JonBenet Ramsey grand jury documents UNSEALED! The documents basically say that the grand jury didn’t really know what happened, and they really don’t say that the grand jury thought that John and Patsy murdered JonBenet … BUT, when you read the article, you’ll see that the jury didn’t necessary think that either John or Patsy Ramsey murdered JonBenet.

The unsealed documents, pictures, case information, history, and a little bit of my take at the end:

BREAKING NEWS: David Camm, former Indian

BREAKING NEWS: David Camm, former Indiana cop, found NOT GUILTY in his 3rd trial for the murder of his wife and two children. His first two convictions were overturned by the Indiana Court of Appeals for a variety of reasons.

Camm’s lawyer asked if he could leave the courthouse with his family and process himself out of the county jail on his own time, and the judge allowed this (nice judge for a change).

Read all about his case information, his 3rd trial, and the controversies surrounding this (locally) high-profile case along with pictures, video, and the real killer’s rap sheet that you’ll only find here:

A Connecticut judge has ordered a new trial for Michael Skakel, the nephew of Robert and Ethel Kennedy, who was convicted of murder in 2002.

Skakel was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison and has been fighting for years to overturn his conviction, but his past attempts at appeal had been denied.

Skakel is accused of killing neighbor Martha Moxley with a golf club in 1975.

In a lengthy opinion Wednesday, Judge Thomas Bishop criticized defense attorney Michael Sherman, who represented Skakel in the high-profile murder trial.

“Although defense counsel’s errors of judgment and execution are not the fault of the state, a defendant’s constitutional right to adequate representation cannot be overshadowed by the inconvenience and financial and emotional cost of a new trial,” Bishop wrote in his decision.

CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin called the order a “shocking development,” saying the case “was brilliantly litigated by the prosecutors.”

#MatthewCordle sentence breakdown as fol

#MatthewCordle sentence breakdown as follows:

Count 2: 6 months in the county jail
Count 1: 6 years in the Ohio Department of Corrections (prison)

* Sentences to be ran consecutively, not concurrently
* Cordle will receive 45 days jail credit, so will serve roughly 6 years and 3 1/2 months in prison
* Cordle’s fine of $75,000 will be deferred until his sentence is complete.
* Cordle will be eligible for release in February of 2020, as Ohio has a truth-in-sentencing statue and allows for no good time, behavior time, work-time credits, etc. …

Cordle did voluntary confess and offer an apology that all parties involved deemed sincere.

THOUGHTS? The maximum was 8 years, which the prosecutors asked for. Was this judge’s sentencing too harsh, or too lenient? http://ow.ly/i/3vvpq

Casey Anthony settled with Equusearch fo

Casey Anthony settled with Equusearch for $75K.

Anthony will pay the search-and-rescue group Texas Equusearch $75,000. The group helped search for her daughter, Caylee Anthony, in 2008.

The company said it spent more than $100,000 when it searched for Caylee, even though Casey Anthony knew her daughter was dead, according to documents.

As part of the settlement, the search group won’t be entitled to any other claims and won’t be able to have any further dealings in her bankruptcy case.
